Each week will will meet in sacred space to journey to a different corner of the galaxy. From Sirius to the Pleiades we will pick up past life memories and gifts, experience deep galactic healing and receive wisdom, love and guidance from our Star Family all so we can remember the truth of who we really are on a soul level and walk our highest path and live our highest purpose here on Earth, right now.
Through physical Kundalini yoga practices, breathwork, mantra and deep meditation we will access our own inner galactic starshine, open channels of communication with the highest most loving galactic beings and receive love, support and guidance to guide us through the human experience.

Modifications for physical movements are always given. As long as you are sound of mind, in fairly good health and are not currently pregnant, you are welcome to join us!
