What are the ten Light bodies?!
The Ten Light Bodies are all aspects of your body and energy field. You may already be familiar with some of them like the aura and subtle body from ascension teachings, reiki or other spiritual paths.
Understanding the ten bodies can help you to understand yourself, not just your mind, but your energy on a much deeper level. When you can tune into your own energy centres you gain power over them.
You can discern and decide what you do and don’t want in your energy fields and shift stuck energy within all levels and layers of your being.
And the best part?! You can learn how to PROGRAM your own energy bodies so that they project and attract the opportunities, magic and light you are seeking!! 😍
The Soul Body

Week One Assignment
Take some time each day to tune into the Soul Body and just listen to its wisdom.
Write down what comes through.
Take action on one thing this week that you feel your Soul Body is guiding you towards or asking of you. It may be a specific step towards a big dream you have or simple guidance with self-care or how to trust and surrender.
Whatever your Soul voice asks of you this week, take action on it.

Week TWO Assignment
Write down some of the negative or limiting thoughts that have been coming up for you lately.
Consider how these thoughts may be trying to protect you.
Pay attention this week to your own discerning mind. Notice when something feels off, or when it feels good!!

Week Three Assignment
Practice positive affirmations. Even if you feel silly! Make this a daily practice and see what shifts and changes in your mind and in your life!
Here are some examples to try:

I hold the key to my own happiness

The Neutral Mind
Week FOUR Assignment
Make a pros and cons list for something you’ve been thinking about taking action on but haven’t yet.
Look at things from all sides. Let your protective mind and positive mind share their opinions.
Then shift into the neutral mind and see what magic is there.
This is also a good week to do things that bring you into balance, harmony and inner peace.

The Physical Body
Week FIVE Assignment
Ask your body what it wants and needs from you and then take action on making that happen.
Eat well.
Get enough sleep.
Drink lots of water.
Move your body.
Nourish your body and do all the things you know your body will be grateful for.

Week Six Assignment
Consider what it is that the saints and holy figures have that gives them such a bright glowing arc line.
What energies do they project? How do they move through the world? What is their prayer?
Work this week on becoming just a little bit more saint-like!

The Auric Body
Week Seven Assignment
Every day this week (and every day moving forward!) visualise your aura as bright, clear, big and strong!
Choose one thing that you want to program your aura with. What do you want to “put into” your aura? Start to visualise, create a ritual or just affirm that this is being held in your aura and projected out towards everyone you encounter and out into the world.

The Pranic Body
Week Eight Assignment
Work with a breath practice every day this week, even just for 1-3 minutes a day and see what shifts. Try out a practice from Club Prana!
Set an alarm for various points throughout the day. When the alarm goes, notice how you are breathing. Sit up tall, take a deep breath and re-set. Keep noticing how you are breathing.

The Subtle Body
Week NINE Assignment
When you enter a room, activate your subtle body and discern the vibe so that you know how best to proceed.
Make some time every day to just sit in stillness and silence and tune into this body. Become more aware of your intuitive abilities.
Consider how far you’ve come on this journey and your relationship with mastery!

The Radiant Body
Week TEN Assignment
Shine your light!
Visualise your light reaching 2.5 meters or 9 feet all around you and then expanding out as far as you can imagine into all areas of your life and creating harmony for all in your radius!
Practice walking into rooms, meetings, spaces, train carriages, shops, anywhere at all, and raise the vibration with your light! Remember you are not at the mercy of other people’s energy!
Be confident in your amazingness!

The Embodiment
Continuing the journey
Remember that you can go back and re-experience any of the classes again at any time. You can repeat the whole journey, or focus on the bodies that you feel most drawn to work with. Remember that sometimes the class you resist the most is the one you need the most! 😅
Take any of the practices - a breath practice, physical kriya or meditation and work with it for 40 days. This really enhances the benefits of the practice and is also amazing for cultivating a deeper sense of devotion (to yourself and your journey), discipline and showing up. Our spiritual practice is our practice for life. If you keep showing up for yourself on the mat, you’ll find it easier to show up for yourself in life too! 🥰

CLASS INFO:
Each class will go for around 90 minutes. We will begin with our opening mantras, warm up the body then practice a physical kriya, take a deep relaxation and end with a yogic meditation or mantra.
PLEASE BRING TO CLASS:
Comfy clothes you can move in
Yoga mat or blanket
Cushion to sit on to elevate the hips (useful but not necessary!)
Blanket to keep warm during relaxation
Water
Journal
Oracle or tarot cards (optional!)
IMPORTANT NOTE:
❕❕👉Always listen to your own body. I will give plenty of modifications, but remember to look after yourself. You are always welcome to sit in easy pose or lie down at any time during the class if/when needed.
