Joining live is strongly encouraged for questions and interactive learning, although a replay will also be available and sent out within 24 hours of the end of the class.

The study of tarot is a life-long pursuit, but that doesn’t mean you can’t start reading for yourself intuitively and with confidence in just a few hours!

I spent many years trying to read tarot before the penny finally dropped. I read “with the book” for a long time - following someone else’s instructions and trying to make sense of “traditional” card meanings, trying to relate them to what was going on in my life.

It was only when divine guidance stepped in and told me to put the books down that I finally learned, or rather, worked out, how to read tarot my way.

And ever since then, my whole life has totally changed.

Because tarot works.

Tarot gives you a direct line to your guides, angels and higher self.

Tarot helps you develop your intuition, start trusting it, and supports you in living a more intuitive and connected life.

Tarot can be a portal into your own heart and soul and can support you in so many aspects of your lightwork and magic.

In this workshop I am not going to “teach” you how to read tarot my way, I’m going to guide you through a super fun adventure of activities and practices that can help you to work out how to read tarot your way!

This workshop is for you if:

• You are a total tarot newbie and want to learn tarot from scratch

• You have dabbled with the tarot for a while but still go to the book or Google to check what the cards mean

• You struggle to remember the key-words and “meanings” of the cards and feel like there has to be an easier way (there is!)

• You want to read the tarot intuitively and develop your own intuition in the process

• You want to read for yourself with more confidence

• You want to open up a direct line to your intuition and divine guidance through the cards

Join us and you will:

• Learn to read tarot in an empowering and intuitive way

• Learn to connect with and trust your own intuition through reading the cards

• Discover the only two things you need to know to be able to read any of the minor cards!

• Go on a meditative journey to fully experience and connect with the energy of all the major cards

• Learn to read with simple tarot spreads

• Make peace with the “scary” cards

• Be able to ask questions questions as we go

• Connect with others and make new friends!

What you will need:

• Ideally - a Rider Waite Smith style tarot deck (the images on the Tarot in a Day picture at the top of this page are from the RWS deck!). Or, a RWS “clone” deck, or any deck that has illustrated pips - meaning there is an image of something happening on all of the cards. Please email me about your deck or getting a deck if you’re unsure. You can use a different deck if you have one, but we will be talking about the deck in terms of majors, cups, wands, etc., so if your deck uses a different system it may cause unnecessary confusion! You can absolutely bring Your First Tarot to class too! 🥰

• A print out of the workbook (you will get this sent out to you via email before the workshop!) or a journal and your workbook open on a digital device. You will essentially be writing your own little white book, so this is important!

• A stable connection to Zoom.

• Somewhere comfy to hang out - the workshop is pretty long (but it will be SO fun so you’ll hardly notice!) so make sure you are comfortable.

• Candles, crystals, or any other magical tools to help you create a sacred space.

• An open mind and heart!

But if you need to know a little more about me, here are some facts:

I read tarot with love, always focusing on empowering my clients to live their best and highest lives.

I’ve been into divination and tarot since the 90s. Yikes! The amount of time spent reading doesn’t necessarily make someone a good reader or someone worth listening to, but it does mean I’ve spent a LOT of time with the cards!

I began my New Age Hipster blog in 2014 and shortly after, I started doing readings. Within about a year I was doing readings full time. That’s over a DECADE of experience, what?! HOWWW?! 😅

As well as over a decade of experience reading tarot for thousands of people, I’m a best selling author of a whole bunch of card decks and spiritual books!

I have a background in education with a masters degree in secondary drama teaching, a masters in special educational needs and many years experience teaching in high schools, primary schools and special schools, so teaching is not a new thing for me!
