Work with yogic breath work to shift and clear what is no longer needed
Learn and practice a powerful ancient healing mantra said to have origins in Ancient Egypt and Atlantis
Meditate and journey to the Sirius Star to meet with the Sirian Star Beings and receive their guidance and blessings
Set magickal intentions for this new chapter

What to expect:

🐍 KUNDALINI:

Kundalini meditation, breathwork and mantras for aligning your energy. This is not a physical Kundalini yoga class (although we will work with the breath, mudras and some simple movement) and is open to all!

🌟 MAGICK:

Guided journaling, card pulling, meditation, energy work and intention setting.

🥰 SAFE SPACE:

Everyone is welcome. Come as you are, do what feels right for you. No pressure, no expectation, just a lot of love!
