It’s time to start planning your promotion!

Remember that as we promote the bundle and our offerings the intention and goal here is to get people INTO your community.

This is going to be the very first part of the funnel, the “like, know and trust” phase. It’s okay if you don’t make immediate sales. We are here expanding our reach, getting people to know us and we will have plenty of time to tell them about all our other offerings!

Social media promotion

You are expected to post a minimum of FOUR times during the bundle window. While the purpose of this bundle is collaboration and cross promotion this is also an excellent opportunity to get lurkers on your socials onto your email list, get those already on your list to experience your work, love what they download from you and become paying customers!

So the more you promote, the better it is for you and for all of us! 🥰

Your posts on socials could include:

📦 A short reel of you talking about the bundle

📦 A short reel of you talking about your own offering that’s included in the bundle

📦 A carousel post including promo images for the bundle and your own offering, a selfie and anything else you like! Carousels that often do well include a combo of selfies, info, quotes and even memes!

📦 A single photo of the bundle main graphic with info included in the caption

📦 A single photo or carousel about your own offering sharing about the bundle in the caption

📦 A reel of you doing something related to your bundle - e.g. shuffling cards, meditating, journalling, etc.

📦 Share on stories with the direct link (please note your four posts should be to your main page and stories as extra posts!)

📦 Tell your audience about something you loved from the bundle and share the love! You can do this via stories or your main page. I’ll be doing this during the bundle window!

📦 Share in your own FB groups and any others you are in that allow links

👉 Make sure that you are directing people clearly where to go and how to sign up (check the copy below for examples!)

SOCiAL MEDIA TIPS:

📦 Use Many Chat. This is a program that allows you to send DMs directly to your audience when they comment on posts. When you post about the bundle include information such as “Comment below BUNDLE and I’ll DM you the link direct!” This has made a huge positive impact in my own business! Click here to get it!

📦 Use a social media scheduler. I like Later!

📦 ENGAGE with comments and reply to DMs. This sounds very basic, but this is your chance to connect with your community and help them see that you’re a real, nice and super human who is there to support them! A “thanks so much for signing up!” can go a LONG way! 🥰

Email promotion

You are expected to send TWO emails to your audience within the bundle window. These emails do not have to be “solo” emails but do have to be the main event of your email!

Ideas for email promotion:

📦 One email can talk up the bundle as a whole

📦 One email could focus on your own offering

📦 Share stories about why you created this offering, why you wanted to be part of the bundle or anything else relating to your offering

📦 Write about the power of collaboration over competition in heart-centred business!

EMAIL TIPS:

It’s tempting but I strongly suggest that you DO NOT START SENDING SALES EMAILS TO NEW SUBS STRAIGHT AWAY!

Sorry I had to use caps but this is REALLY important! 😅

I have signed up for bundles in the past, downloaded a TRUCK LOAD of amazing offerings and then been absolutely bombarded with emails from everyone’s email list.

All this did was overwhelm me to the point where not only did I unsubscribe to those lists straight away, but it also put me off engaging with their content I had downloaded.

People WILL go into a frenzy and download all 30+ offerings in one go. Putting them on a drip campaign straight away, along with 30+ other accounts, will mean they are suddenly getting hundreds of emails a week! 😳

Give them a little time and space to enjoy the offerings.

After enough time has passed (let’s go for at least a few weeks to a month!) send them an email to ask them how they enjoyed the bundle and your offer, and then after that, start emailing them your regular newsletters and updates.
