Class Info:

In this self paced program you have the freedom to work with the classes and resources however you like.

However, please note that the best way to raise the Kundalini and have a positive experience is by starting at the root chakra class and working your way up through each chakra in order.

There can sometimes be a tendency for some of us (I know, because I have done this many times!) to want to skip ahead or just pick and choose the classes we are most interested in. Ultimately it is up to you to listen to own body, your guidance and inner wisdom…

But these classes follow a very specific progression and begin by laying the foundation for a positive, grounded and empowering Kundalini awakening experience.

This program was originally designed to be done within 8 weeks - one class per week. You can, of course, take as long as you like, perhaps two weeks for each class, or even a month with each class if you’d like to spend a little longer with each chakra. You may want to sit with some chakras longer as well.

I would not recommend attempting more than one class per week unless you are already an experienced practitioner.

To enhance or further your journey you may like to work with a 40 or 120 day practice of any one of the kriyas or meditations you discover through the work. To do this you can use the Spotify playlist below once you know the practice so you don’t need to always work with the videos.

Please bring to class with you:

  • Yoga mat or blanket

  • Cushion to sit on to elevate the hips (useful but not necessary!)

  • Blanket to keep warm during relaxation

  • Water

  • Journal

  • Oracle or tarot cards (optional!)

Important note:

❕Always listen to your own body. I will give plenty of modifications, but remember to look after yourself. You are always welcome to sit in easy pose or lie down at any time during the class if/when needed.
