While you are of course welcome to work with the content here in anyway that you wish, your journey will most likely work best if you watch the recording first, taking the journey with me, and then dive into the workbook for personal deeper exploration, journaling, card reading and revisiting the practices.

The Workshop

Please make sure you have somewhere comfortable to watch and journey with us. We will be working with breathwork and mantra, so being able to sit up straight and comfortably is best. You are welcome to lie down during the meditative journey, so please bring cushions, blankets and anything else you’d like to help you feel comfy and warm!

You may also like to have with you a journal, a deck of tarot or oracle cards, water or tea, and any other magickal items such as crystals and candles.

Pets are always welcome too! My tuxedo rescue cat Morpheus came in at the start of class and sat by my feet until just after we finished! 😻

The Workbook

Please feel free to work with the workbook in whatever way you like! Print it out, scribble all over it, read it on your iPad, whatever works for you!

You may like to work with the guidebook in one sitting after you take the workshop, or you may like to sit with it over time, revisiting it later to continue working with the energy of the Cosmic Diamond Violet Flame!
