Deepen your connection with the archangels through ancient yogic practices

CLASS INFO:

Each class goes for around 90 minutes. We start with our opening mantras and Archangel invocation, practice a physical kriya, take a deep relaxation and end with a yogic meditation or mantra.

PLEASE BRING TO CLASS:

• Comfy clothes you can move in

• Yoga mat or blanket

• Cushion to sit on to elevate the hips (useful but not necessary!)

• Blanket to keep warm during relaxation

• Water

• Journal

• Oracle or tarot cards (optional!)

IMPORTANT NOTE:

❕Always listen to your own body. I will give plenty of modifications, but remember to look after yourself. You are always welcome to take breaks, sit in easy pose or lie down at any time during the class if/when needed.

DEEP ANGELIC AND SELF HEALING
